Primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma, abbreviated PMBL, is a type of lymphoma that rises in the mediastinum and predominantly affects young adults.[1][2]

It is similar to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma; however, generally has a significantly better prognosis.
